Happy 4th of July Week to you!



Today the Alves Family is celebrating little Vivi Bunny's 3rd birthday and like every month in CYBBC, July has plenty of member birthdays to celebrate like Marisa, Pete, Stephanie, Lucy and Michaela.  



Also, like many years, we have a number of members who celebrate milestone birthdays, and this month, one of our members who's been with us since 2010, Lisa de Lima, will be celebrating her 70th birthday (she said I could share with you)!  Wow!  How cool is that and how cool is she?  I'd say she's redefining before our very eyes what's possible if you keep showing up.  And she'll have the coolest response when people ask her what she does for exercise or to stay in shape, "I go to boot camp!".  Cheers to her.  Her birthday is at the end of P8, so if you see her and our other July birthday members, please remind them to Burn & Earn both before and after their celebrations.  Kidding, please show them some love with a happy birthday shout out.

Empowerment Week
I hope you have the best week and get to do whatever it is you want to do with the people you want to do it with, where you want to do it and however long you want to do it for.  I also wish you to set yourself up for a great start to Phase 8.  Whether you do strength training or not, you still have to do and track your cardio minutes.  Here's a link to the empowerment week plan if you need a refresher on what to do or you want links to all our favorite workouts.
