Hi Friend!



Last week we vacationed on the Outer Banks (Corolla) with friends.  It lived up to the hype and was worth the drive to get there.  It feels very beautiful and calm like the Cape or the Vineyard.  The photo above was during a tour to see the Wild Horses.  OBX had major rain storms that week so the hypothesis was that many of the horses got stuck in the woods because of the flooding, so when we hiked the dunes as part of our tour and turned the corner and realized we were only 10' away from the horses, we felt pretty lucky.  



All in all it was a great week.  Sadly no strength training and I felt it today, and the long car rides have me feeling not like myself, but I definitely crushed cardio minutes, running from waves every morning with Vivi and building lots of sand castles (half time), boogy boarding (half time) and throwing footballs (full time).
