Subject: Hey Friend! What'd you do for cardio minutes last week?

Hi Friend!

Is it me or do you also, find something comforting about a thunderstorm?  I don't know why, but this morning it just feels cozy.  Maybe because it's during the day vs. at night, when it's less cozy and I need my "thunder buddy".

Anyways, since it's thundering outside and I've been thinking about the Spartan Race and how to program burpees, I thought I'd share a burpee workout I came up with this morning.  A while back, I met Joe DeSena, the owner and founder of the Spartan Races, and he spoke about how he did 300 burpees that morning.  300 burpees is a lot, and I wasn't so sure I'd want to do that, but I imagined he felt amazing and had the stamina & fire to get the most out of his day and week.  So here's how it could more easily be done.

300 Burpee EMOM Workout (Every Minute on the Minute)
Do 10 Burpees Every Minute on the Minute, resting the difference for 30 Minutes and you'll have completed 300 Burpees

(10 Burpees / Min ) x30 Min = 300 Burpees

*Do Burpee High Plank to Stand or Jump w/ Arms Overhead

You'll earn 30 minutes of cardio, and if you start w/ walkouts you don't necessarily need to do a warm up, though it's always encouraged to roll and do the correctives you know you need to do.

Cardio Minutes - Week 3

Please reply to this email with your cardio minutes.  It makes day 1 of a new phase so much easier.
