Happy Sunday to everyone and Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. I had a full day that started early with yard work and then turned into a Devens Day at Mirror Lake with many of my neighbors. Mikey is going to sleep good as will the bunny.

Juneteenth

Wednesday, June 19, 2024 there will be no live workouts. I encourage you to keep your training schedule if you can and use a recording if you think it'll help you be more successful.




Cardio Minutes - Week 1

Cardio minutes are different in Q3 because for 2 main reasons:

  1.  we do body part finishers at home and only 1 of them counts towards cardio minutes (the lower body finisher).

  2. we separated the Medicine Balls from the Hurdles so that creates 2 circuits in which you can get cardio minutes vs at home in which the 1st circuit is core only and the 2nd circuit includes body weight plyometrics that I count towards cardio minutes.

So this weeks minutes are:

  • @ MC: 22min / workout on T / Th

  • @ Virtual: 24min on Monday, 17min / workout on W / F.
