Subject: Goodbye. Hello. Begin Again!

Hi Friend,

Happy weekend to you! I'm up early getting ready to head to a 1-day seminar in Boston on my birthday. It's crazy. I really don't like that this annual seminar is held this weekend, but it's a good one, it's super convenient, it draws a great crowd and really interesting speakers. Plus it's fun to see people and I really feel FOMO if my peers attend it and I didn't, so off I go.

Goodbye Q1. Hello Q2.

Q1 has officially finished and Monday starts Q2. Most of your CYBBC peers had really strong starts to the year and have a lot of momentum going into next week. High Five to them. It is so fun to watch you train and see your progress. I totally daydream about how you'd do playing a sport and how you have the grit and toughness and courage and creative thought to make your dreams happen. You're really inspiring to be around and I admire your efforts to show up consistently, to prioritize your health and your passion to better yourself. #KeepGoing, #ThatFeelsGood!

Some of your peers had a lot of stops and starts, but did enough to manage their self-care. Kudos to you for doing what you could when you could. You've lived long enough to know that persistence gets you to that next window of time in which you can really build a lot of momentum and make forward progress on your health, body transformation and performance. So hold strong, it's good for your grip strength (wink) and #KeepGoing as well!

And a couple of your peers had a really tough quarter. That happens. Be kind to yourself. Do what you can when you can. Blow some stuff up when and where possible and remember movement is part of your identity. You'll find your way back and we'll be here waiting with a smile and a warm welcoming when you do.

Alright. Wherever you fell in those 3 groupings, remember every moment is a fresh start. So...begin again we go!

Off to celebrate my newest year by learning, growing and connecting and then of course, TACOS (and Blondies for dessert)! They make my tail wag.

See you soon.

Make it count,

Mike

p.s. We did 24min / workout. Get going and hit your cardio goal because that too, #FeelsGood!
