The March 22-March 27 recovery week will be a complimentary bonus week!

 

 

WHY?

 

In October I introduced automated payments for my boot campers, to make renewing easier (as they were tired of having to renew each phase before the "Thurs at midnight deadline"), because they wanted family, corporate and student discounts and/or because they wanted preferred rates for making longer commitments.

 

 

Well the transition was the furthest thing from smooth and I'm very aware that I drew heavily on our emotional bank account and am even more aware that I wasn't delivering the "little touches" of service you're used to receiving.

 

 

To thank you for your business and to celebrate the automation of payments, I'm going to be delivering a complimentary week of workouts during the March 22-March 27 recovery week.  Can you say "Bonus" Workouts?

 

The class times are as follows that week:

 

6am, Monday, March 22 @ the Boys & Girls Club, 675 Watertown St, Newton, MA

9am, Thursday, March 25 @ Mackenzie Center, 1337 Centre Street, Newton, MA

8am, Saturday, March 27 @ Mackenzie Center, 1337 Centre Street, Newton, MA

 

 

If you can, see if you can work your schedule to train with us that week.  We'll be doing a 20:10 Tabata Workout on Monday, a 60:60 strength:cardio workout on Thursday and a 30:30 strength:core workout on Saturday.  The finisher's and conditioning workouts will be:  fighting finisher & Big Dogg band sprints (Monday), Butt finisher & Sled Push (Thursday) and ab finisher & burpees (Saturday). 

 

Please rsvp, so I know who to expect as I won't be calling anyone if they don't show because it's more bonus and recovery week than mandatory & expected training week.
