Subject: Change Your Body Challenge - Final Photos & Weigh In

Greetings and salutations on this fine Friday evening!


I hope you're feeling young, vibrant and full of action taking optimism and that you're ready to bring the Change Your Body Challenge to a close.  Sunday is the CYBC final post measurements and it's exclusive to CYBC participants only.  Monday is the start of Phase 4 and training for summer sports and the beach season.


Change Your Body Challenge (CYBC)

Jan 4 - Mar 23, 2014 (11 weeks)
$49 to enter
$500 to the winner
Determination of winner:  photos, % change in measurements, attendance rate, cardio min average and goals hit, essay



I'll review photos, measurements and essay.  If somebody stands out more than another, they'll win.  If it's close, we'll look at attendance, cardio minutes, goals hit and maybe even an external vote. 



Final Steps

2.  Write essay on your experience in the CYBC. 



Possible questions to answer
:  What it was like training the last 11 weeks.  How you felt then, how you feel now; how you looked then, how you look now?  What's different since the start of CYBC.  How is your life, your outlook, mood, energy, they way you think, perform, ...etc...since your started CYBC?  Any changes in your family, at home, at work since the start of CYBC.  Who were your biggest supporters?  What was / were the hardest challenges for you?  Did you think about quitting?  What changed your mind?  Why did you sign up?  Did you get what you hoped you would out of this experience?  Would you do this again?  What will you do next?  How can you fit some of the things you learned into your lifestyle moving forward.




3Train hard today and tomorrow.
4.  Sleep deep today and tomorrow.
5.  Eat green & lean today and tomorrow.
6.  Plan a fun date night, girls night out, guys night out or family night for early Saturday evening.
7.  Get dressed up and take lots of photos.
8.  Get up early on Sunday and get dressed to the "9's".  Shave, groom, make up, look hot.  Wear fitted clothes (either training clothes, work clothes, formal clothes or street clothes).
9.  Be early and relaxed.
