Subject: Challenge Workouts for Year End Break!

Hi Friend!

Happy Wednesday to you!  Are things good, bananas, both?  Things are bananas right now over here as I'm wrapping things up, but the bride is happy cause her mom is here and Vivi's ecstatic too cause she saw my parents this weekend and now gets Vanessa's mom for a while.

Homestretch.  That's what I keep thinking.  Keep plugging away.  Get things done and then catch your breath while peaking for the holidays.  Got a workout in this morning and it felt great.  Got 1 Sunday and that felt amazing.  Monday & Tuesday, not so great.  It is what is.  Gonna move forward.  So should you.

I plan to exercise over break because it's part of my identity.  I enjoy it.  It's fun.  It's challenging.  I like moving and sweating and working on myself.  It's the same for you.  If it's not part of your identity now, it's coming.  You can't not make time like you do and give effort to train like you do and not have it become a part of how you and others see you.  So you mine as well plan to train over break where it fits for you.

The easiest thing I recommend is doing your workout card and hitting your cardio goal.  Mix in a recovery day or 2 each week consisting of rolling, stretching and/or yoga and that should be good.  Try to make some of your cardio outdoors playing and definitely invite people to join you when and where you can.

Here are 7 workouts you could choose from.  1st things 1st are to finish your workout card, so recycle Workout A & B videos below until you get a full workout card.  If you can do the workout card at a gym with medicine balls, hurdles, etc... then do that.  If not, use these videos with the modifications I've included.  Once you finish your workout card, there are some fun CW's I've recycled from past years you could choose.
