Hi Friend,
Happy March Madness to you! I headed to CT to visit my best friend and watch the UConn game. We're both huge fans and it was awesome to see them win and visit with his family. I love looking at the athletes builds and seeing how they compare to earlier in the season and to their previous years. UConn has one of the best strength & conditioning programs in the country and their athletes are always super fit. Believe it or not, one of my favorite Men's Basketball Strength & Conditioning Coaches a woman, Andrea Hudy, who now works with Kansas Basketball. She used to work with UConn and got recruited away. Her athletes are always jacked, super strong, basketball fit and intimidating. If you watch March Madness check out the upper classmen for Kansas, UConn and Purdue (Josh Bonhotal is there S&C coach, who I worked with for a short period of time at BSC-West Newton).
Anyways, all this talk about March Madness, workouts and woman who break the mold, is a great lead in to your P2, Challenge Workouts. If you know the workouts, print out or pull up the pdfs and get it done. If you don't pull up the youtube videos and follow along. Which ever you choose, schedule it & get it done. If you have to be quiet, while doing it at home, then be quiet. If you want to go in the garage, the basement, the guest room, the backyard, driveway, park, gym or hotel room, then do that too. Whatever you do. Schedule it, get it done, fill your workout card so you get the satisfaction of seeing a full card and post your results. You can do it. Keep your momentum.
