This is a big week for us training wise. It's the 2nd record week and the last week of our phase. It's a great opportunity to get started if you're out of rhythm or continue to make progress if you're on a roll.

We've got a short week this week.

M / T / W / Th

No Friday classes.




Training Schedule

a.m. = BA

p.m. = ABA

If you want to get 2 or 3 workouts in this week, you might need to come in person at the Mackenzie Center at 6:30pm, T / Th. Otherwise, 6 and 9am on Wednesday are the last morning workouts of the week.




Empowerment Week

No classes next week for April Vacation.

We return on Monday, April 25.
