I'm writing from my wife's laptop as my keyboard and mouse stopped working and has been shipped to Texas for repair. As you might imagine, you don't realize how dependent you are on something until it's gone. So now I have a back up plan on the way. I've ordered a tablet with a keyboard and once it's up to speed, you may start to see it at BC so I can record minutes and measurements in real time and whatever else I can automate.
Cardio Minutes - Week 3 We had a big week. 29 min per workout and 87 minutes for 3 days. Boo-Ya!
Empowerment Week These past 6 weeks and especially this past week was huge for you!
You've got momentum.
Keep going.
Keep training.
Do your workout cards (message me if you don't have it).
You know the workouts.
Review the warm ups.
You know those too.
Do the workouts at home, at a hotel, outside or at a gym (they rent equipment).
This is where you really get to transform your identity.
Friend doesn't miss workouts!
Keep your training schedule.
Figure out the logistics.
Show up.
Do the best you can.
Do partial workouts (1 set of every exercise) if needed to get your workout done in the allotted time you budgeted.
Do the full workout if you can.
Both will help you leapfrog forward. The full workout will help you leapfrog farther.
