Subject: Cardio Minutes and Friend's Weight Belt!

Hi Friend!

Happy Martin Luther King Jr., weekend to you!  I'm looking forward to a day date with my bride tomorrow and hanging with my family this weekend.  We've got family self-care scheduled in the morning before our date, but now that I think about it, it'll need to be moved to after nap time, because I need all the time I can get, to get groomed up for the Queen (wink).

Sunday, however, we've got our first trial of a new year, UGIG (you go I go) self-care plan scheduled on the calendars, where I workout in the morning while Vanessa and Vivi eat breakfast and Vanessa meal preps the oatmeal for the week, then we go to church as a family and then Vanessa works out while I meal prep and hang with Vivi.  Fingers crossed.  Wish us luck.  :-)

While we're on the subject of Family Self Care, I've scheduled an email for tomorrow to tell you about the family boot camp next weekend, but I'll tell you here as well.

Cardio Minutes - Week 1
All classes earned 24minutes per workout for a total of 72 minutes for the week.
Minutes are due Monday, whether you're in class or not.

Friend's Dip / Chin Weight Belt!
I had a cool idea.  The first person, hopefully you, that finishes, 4 sets of 10 reps in 1 workout of awesome, full hang, dead stop, chin ups, gets the Dip / Chin Weight Belt, named after them.

In case you don't know a dip / chin weight belt is a leather belt, much like a weightlifting belt, with a chain attached to it and a carabiner on the end, that allows you to loop the chain around a plate or dumbbell and then clip the carabiner to the other end of the weight belt.  When you finish, 4 sets of 10 reps of chin ups, it's time to add weight as your next progression.  Since I'm anticipating big things for your strength this year, the first person to do it, gets the belt named after them.  How cool is that!  I hope it's you!
