Happy Monday to you!




I hope you had a great weekend. Vanessa and I had a wonderful 12th Anniversary celebration back where it all began (Dorchester Harbor Walk) and for the 1st time we let Vivi join in on our day to celebrate. I think she's going to opt out next year because even though there wasn't as much pecking as she thought (wink), it was way too much walking. :-)




We did however have a family date night at Applebees and Vivi and I got the Bourbon Steak and we all shared the Oreo shake w/ Whip Cream on top and had not 2, but 3 straws sticking out of it. If you're not catching the joke, it's from the song, "Fancy Like", in which they upgraded the Wendy's Date night to AppleBees.

P12, Week 4 Goals:

This week our workout schedule will be:

a.m., M / W / F: ABA

p.m., M / T / Th: ABA


The morning will be A#5 (strong), B#5 (strong) & A#6 (light & fast)

The evening will be A#5 (strong), B#5 (strong) & A#6 (light & fast).


*This week if you go light & fast I'll be asking you to do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) during your 2nd set!





Week 4, Rounds Goals:

2+1 rounds on A, B, D & E circuits; 4+1 rounds on Conditioning Circuit F.


*Workout B's, A-Circuit w/ the DB Curl Up to Half Knee 1+1 is a fair goal and 2 rounds would be an ultimate goal for 3min.




P12 Schedule

We're in person on M / T and virtual on Th for the 6:30pm workouts this week. Thanksgiving Week we'll be 6:30pm, M / T only, no 6:30pm on Th.
