Grateful for rain boots Monday to you!




A while back, I used to relish with joy watching my little daughter splash in puddles with her rain boots and rain suit. She'd always ask how come I didn't join her and I'd say because I didn't want to get my sneakers or shoes wet. So many, too many missed chances at joy and innocent fun with her from such a simple blessing, splashing in puddles.




But not anymore. Now I've got my Bogs Waterproof Rain / Snow Boots and they're awesome. They're like slippers and slides. Slip or slide your foot in. So easy and splash away. I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. Now we jump into puddles trying to make the biggest splashes and look for deep puddles to see just how deep they are.




Guess what happens when we do this?




We don't think of anything else. We're totally in the moment.




Making lemonade with all of this beautiful rain, that all the dry areas wish they had.




Cardio Minutes - Week 1

The leg finisher is on Th / F this phase, so those days get an extra 5 minutes (4 for moving, 1 for resting with an elevated heart rate).
