We did 25min / workout last week. 50 for 2 and 75 for 3.

Weekend Workout - Stretch & Sprint!

7:30-8:30am, Sun, Oct 20 @ Newton North

The weather says a sunny and cool 46 degrees F in the a.m., with a high of 70. Maybe glove, hats and layers to start.


Please bring:

  • roller

  • mat

  • super band

  • mini band

  • towel for sweat

  • water

  • heart rate monitor (optional)
