Cardio Minutes - Week 2

P9, Week 3 - Record Week

  • Running time this week.

  • We're looking for 2 rounds of every circuit, except for the finisher.

  • Core finisher 1+ rounds. Leg & Upper Body Finisher 1 round in 4min.

  • The reps increase by +1 for L/R exercises and +2 for 2-arm / 2-leg exercises.

  • Try to increase weight on both the 1st set and possibly 2nd and 3rd sets if possible.

  • Have fun. It's a fun week.




Weekend Workout (Stretch & Sprint)

7-8am, Saturday, August 27 @ Newton North Track & Football Field


Bring:

  • mat

  • roller

  • mini band

  • super band

  • water

  • towel for sweat

  • heart rate monitor if you have one
