P9, Week 3 - Record Week Running time this week. We're looking for 2 rounds of every circuit, except for the finisher. Core finisher 1+ rounds. Leg & Upper Body Finisher 1 round in 4min. The reps increase by +1 for L/R exercises and +2 for 2-arm / 2-leg exercises. Try to increase weight on both the 1st set and possibly 2nd and 3rd sets if possible. Have fun. It's a fun week.
