This morning we had to go old school with stop watch intervals at the 6am and stop watch & workout muse at the 9am until the interval app started working again. Thank you for rolling with it and being flexible. You got it done.




Cardio Minutes - Week 2

Record Week

This week and next week are record weeks. We'll do the full workouts. Then we'll have spring vacation week off (week of 4/19-4/25). Let's get better together!




Light & Fast

Today through Wednesday we'll be doing light and fast workouts for A and B. You choose the level and the DB Load (recommended b/w 15-35% BW), do 6 reps fast and rest the difference. I did a dry run on Friday and it was very energizing and tiring.
