Yesterday we had our 1st beach day of 2023. We found ourselves at Scusset Beach with friends and once again, it was real nice to have a pop up tent. Such a little thing makes for big comfort for those that don't want to be in the sun all day.
Cardio Minutes - Week 1
We did 23min / workout last week and we should get that every workout whether in person or online.

Phase 6 - Week 2
This is our 2nd week. We've got light & fast scheduled for M-W and strong on Th. You as always get to choose what's best for you. I'll be teaching shorter demos, sharing the "Why's" during the workout and moving the pace along, so you'll get as close to the full workout as possible. #Keepgoing. 1 week until Memorial Day Weekend and 6 weeks until the 4th of July.
