What are we 2 weeks until spring? Pretty cool. And if you're like me, you probably noticed the warmer weather this weekend and had a little spring fever. Well, that means we also only have 2 weeks left in our 1st quarter to proactively get you spring sports ready.
Cardio Minutes - Week 1
All quarter long. 24 minutes per workout. Pretty simple. Please reply now with what you did.
