Subject: Cardio Minutes, Clam Bake and Group Rides

Hi Friend,



Get this.  So I'm driving to the library, super hungry from crushing CW#2 (I had to walk off screen twice, during the middle of the video to get MORE weight b/c I felt like I could do 9+ reps on my lateral squats and RDL's, even though I was on level 3 for both exercises) when I hear a commercial for Tom Brady's Best Buddies Challenge and they're talking about a Clam Bake and Concert on the Cape and I'm like, "I love Clam Bakes and live music!  I would totally love me some seafood right now" and if somebody had a dotted line in front of me, I would have signed right there b/c I had a need and Tom's Bike Ride and Clam Bake Concert was going to fill it.  Thankfully no one was asking me to sign and I had a packed lunch waiting for me so I could come back to Earth.

Group Rides - Farina's Bicycle Center
Do you want to get some scheduled cardio minutes in during the warmer months, ride your bike or get a new bike and maybe even train for the Clam Bake Concert?  CYBBC member and co-owner of Farina's, Paula Pollis has organized group rides that meet 7:30am, Sunday mornings at Farina's, starting April 17.  Check them out if it looks like fun and reads like something you should do.
