Virtual training #1 is in the books. It was a sweaty, glitchy and great first workout online. I imagine it'll be the same for everyone else's first time and as we move forward next week it'll start to get better.
Tonight's participants thought it'd be helpful if I wore a mic. Does anyone have a wireless mic suggestion?
They also said it was helpful to watch me workout, but they would have liked if I coached them more. At the end of the workout I screen shared with them and showed them an old challenge workout while they could still see me in real time. They very much liked that so I'll work to shoot some new challenge workouts and get those uploaded.
The link for the 6am class tomorrow is below. Sign in early, so you can figure out the audio, video and such. I recommend putting your camera on the floor so I can see your whole person. We'll start at 6am sharp.
