Subject: CYBBC, P3, Virtual Training #6 (6:30pm, M, 3/16/20)

Hi Friend!

Beautiful Monday to you!  It sure was nippy this morning on my walk to Malibu Beach, but the water was calm and the sky clear.

At the 6am, we tested playing a pre-recorded, follow along Workout B and it didn't go so well, so I scrapped it and coached the 9am group like I would in class.  That went much better.  One note, some shared was to turn off the house heater while training as it affects the sound quality & internet signal during the workout.

Now it's your turn to recover from the day and weekend and jump start the rest of your week.

Stress
Many times I say, when life stress goes up, training stress goes down.

This is not that time.

This is the time in your life in which you get a clean slate and you have to start over and rebuild everything important into your life FIRST, before your time gets committed to everything else.

This is the time YOU NEED self-care to manage the stress and get that light feeling in your brain and on your shoulders.  You need to have strength, energy and peace.  You need to sleep deep without worries so you can wake up and make the most of tomorrow.

Those that have trained together so far are loving the experience and sharing great feedback on how to make it better.

Choose to Be Great.  Capture This Opportunity.

Making Lemonade,

Coach Mike
