Are you settling in to the new normal? It's all crazy. Parents what are you doing? OMG, we're 2 on 1 over here and we could use another adult as a buffer.
And working from home is nice if no one else is home, but if everyone else is home and you can only work from, that's a whole new challenge. Thank goodness we live in an era it's possible. Thank goodness for the internet and smart phones, laptops, cameras, streaming, recording devices. Thank goodness for social media. Thank goodness for so much. Especially longer days and changing seasons.

- Super Band
- Mini Band
- DB's (15-30% BW)
- Water
- Optional: Pull Up Bars, Med Balls & Concrete Wall, Hurdles
