Man are these workouts hard, fun & satisfying.  I have tremendous appreciation for the efforts I see each person put forth during there training.  The 10sec transitions during the core seems like it goes by in a blink, because you have to hustle from station to station, whereas in the power 10sec feels about right.  The 15sec between stations during the strength is nice, but not too long.  Sprints with a partner rest, gets you good, especially if you're partner is fast or having a fast day or is a stop watch, which means you get less recovery time than you might need, which translates to roughly a 1:1 work-to-rest ratio.  All in all, I'm loving them and I hope you are too.
