Happy Weekend to you!



Wow! How beautiful and how fun was Friday's snow day. It seemed like our whole neighborhood was out playing in the snow and Vanessa had anticipated it and baked homemade muffins and made hot cocoa and we had an army of kids and their parents in our house, with all the kids in the basement running through the agility ladder and hitting the heavy bag. Very fun and magical. :-)




Band Relays / Sled Pulls

And boy did I miss band relays because my legs were not winter sport ready for pulling a chain of 8 kids on sleds and needed help from other adults to make it around the circle.




Week 1

Great first week for those who could make it back. Workouts came out of the gate fast and I anticipate building on it. The home workouts saw the new sound experience where I could integrate music, intervals and my voice all appropriately balanced right from the start, just like in the gym, but maybe better AND you could see the timer on the screen in case you were curious how much time was left.




Cardio Minutes - Week 1

We did 24min / workout.

Focus

We've got 6 weeks straight until Feb break. Let's build some momentum and keep moving forward getting our bodies, our minds and are attitudes into tip top shape. You can make it a great year for you and everyone you come in contact with it and your self-care can help lead the way. When you feel great, everything seems to fall in line while the universe gets out of your way. Let's do it together.
