Subject: August Schedule

Hello from Boston!  I'm back, rested from my trip and ready for the 2nd half.  Portugal was awesome.  I wrote a really long email telling you all about it, but it was too long, so I stepped away and shelved it to see if fresh eyes can make it better later.  In any event, here's our 11 person, traveling party, on day 2 at the train station in Porto.  If you've been to Portugal you know how beautiful and great it is.  If you haven't, consider it.  If you want VIP treatment in airports travel with a 2 year old and if you're going to travel, especially internationally, I highly recommend the 10:1, adult:child ratio.  It's the best!

I hope you've been having a really great summer, taking time for yourself and enjoying a change of routine.  The fall, back to school and back to work schedules are quickly approaching and it's a great time to both think about how you're going to build your life around your self-care / training and get a jump start on it so you have momentum.  These 3 CW's are outstanding catalysts to build momentum.  1st schedule them when you'd normally train.  That means doing the evening & morning routine that supports you presenting your best self to your workout.  Next do CW#1.  It's the shortest and their's a special guest model, I coach through the workout and it's not Helen or Marisa.  Then do CW#2 b/c it's a fun AFAP, where you compete against yourself and the clock while doing 10 rounds as fast as possible.  These two will have worked off the rust of training at home and built up your can do muscles and mind so you can maximize your effort in CW#3's 7 course workout.  The 7 course workouts, compliment most special events in which you want to look and feel your best as it covers a lot of different body parts and movements yielding high energy, shrine buffing and self-confidence.  Good luck.  Schedule them asap.  Download them the pdf and/or videos if you won't have wifi.  Set up your space, mind and gear and then do them.  Remember to like the videos, comment below them to tell me how you did, subscribe to our youtube page so you can get them before this email and share them to help grow our community.  The more people watching the more excited I get and the better performance I put in.

Fall Schedule
  • P9:  Sept 5 - Sept 24
  • Guest Month:  all of P9.  Any and every day.
  • Maeve's Brigade, Family Boot Camp:  7:30-8:30a, Sat, Sept 10 @ MC
  • P10, Private Measurements:  7-9a, Sat, Sept 24
  • P10, Orientation (12-1:20p) & Nutrition Discussion (1:30-3p):  Sat, Sept 24
  • Q4:  Oct 3 - Dec 17
  • Holiday Hotness, Change Your Body Challenge:  Oct 3 - Dec 17?
Phase 9:  Sept 5 - Sept 24
We start with a regular schedule on labor day Monday and we'll be coming out of the gates fast.  We'll lead you through warm ups as usual and help organize you to the proper stations for everything else.  95% of the progressions we taught in July & August will be what we do in September, so there shouldn't be any formal demonstrations.  It should feel like week 3 of a phase right from the get go.  It'll be a power endurance phase designed to peak you for fall races, photos and schedules.  Not a lot of thinking and a whole lot of doing.  You should leave sweaty, energized and mentally lighter and your body strong, fast and capable to tackle your day.  I think you'll love it.

Guest Month
The first week of every phase is guest week for locals.  This way they and you learn at the same time.  Out of town guests are welcome any time because I think that's the right thing to do as I'd not want to travel and visit my family or friends and have them miss a workout because I was in town or be turned away b/c I arrived on the wrong day.  I'd want to build a memory with my people and I want you to do the same.  September's P9, however will be special and different as the whole month is guest month.  You can bring a friend to any and every workout for the entire month.  Since it's the last phase of a quarter and we're recycling most of the progressions from the previous phase, using lighter DB loads (15-30%BW) and making it a power endurance phase with lots of team training and straight sets, I'm guessing you'll know most everything you need to do so I can coach you and we can teach your guests.  I think it'll be a really fun and effective phase for everyone.  You can refer you guests here to sign up.

Bonus Prizes for the Top Referrer
As I continue to help you get in your best shape and grow your support circles through offerings like guest weeks, guest days, guest months, family boot camps, charity workouts, pto donations and fun runs, will you help me to grow my business?  I've offered a cash referral bonus since day 1 as a thank you for referring friends who become members.  I still do that and for the month of September the person who refers the most people that become members, will not only get a cash prize for each of those people that became members, you'll also get a massage by James Busconi and 3 meals for 4 people, cooked and delivered to your home by professional Chef, Tony Carbone of the Urban Epicurean.  A while back I informally asked during BC, how I could better help you and the top 2 suggestions were massages and if I could cook and deliver your food.  Here's your chance.

I personally use James right now and Vanessa and I have experienced Tony's magical and delicious care package of abundance when Vanessa's friends blessed us after Max & Leo passed.  They're both great.  I highly recommend them and I think you'll love it.

Holiday Hotness, Change Your Body Challenge
Oct 3 - Dec 17, 2016
Would you like a little extra motivation, incentive and/or purpose for your training?  Let me know.  I've already gotten James and Tony to agree to donations for the winner and I'll put in a cash prize per the usual.  It could help you navigate the 'ahem, challenges, that occur as we close out the year.

O.K.  Time, time for some ACTION!  Schedule your CW's, prepare & present your best self and then do it!  You'll be glad you did.
