Subject: Annual Thanksgiving Day Family Workout!

Happy Thanksgiving eve!




This is my most favorite holiday of the year with every other holiday as a close 2nd or maybe even a 1b. I love the being thankful part, the food, the people, the anticipation, the all day affair, the family walks, the long weekend after, the leftovers, the burn & earn, the football, the futbol, the extra time catching up, playing cards and making memories.




Now us working together for a while, you know I like to prime myself and workout before fun events. I think Turkey Trots are a great way to be social and get some exercise. I'm a big fan of them. If that's for you or if it's easy for you, go for it. Do it. You have my support and encouragement.




They're just not my favorite. I like to do strength & conditioning. That's more me. Play a sport would be a great equal or alternative, but that's a little more challenging as an adult I find. So if I'm going to strength train, it's much more fun if it's with others. So let's all get together. Your people, my people and let's train. My people are in transition years, so TBD if they really show up.
