Happy Tuesday and 2nd day of phase 9!




I just finished my first workout of the phase with dance music playing in the background and the Olympics on the tv. Woo baby, do I feel good! :-)




Accountability (Cardio Minutes - Week 5)

We did:

a.m. (M/W): 20min / day

p.m. (M/T): 26min / day




Opportunity (Weekend Workout - Stretch & Sprint)

7:30-8:30am, Sun, 8/11 @ either Newton North or Mackenzie Center
