Well we did it. We made it through another phase, quarter and year. Year 13 to be exact. I'm so grateful to get to be your coach and be a part of helping you present your best self to the world. There are so many cliches and they can all be true. Carpe diem, you only get 1 shot, life is short, make it count, ... and here you are prioritizing your health, actually taking care of your body and practicing movements so you can both perform well physically and mentally. That's a big deal. You're a Dewer, who gets stuff done (Honey Dew Donuts reference)!
And on we go. Pat yourself on the back for your past successes and efforts and then get back up and keep moving forward (insert favorite cliche here).
