I'm feeling stretched out and loose after the old long stretch from the stretch, sprint & happy hour days from early in the pandemic. Anybody remember that workout? Gotta get ready for gymnastics and then program design because Vanessa says, "you asked for feedback and Paul said to send the email by 12pm on Sunday, so he could have time to print it out, so you better get writing". Paul did you really say 12pm? That's a lot of pressure for me, but we'll give it a shot. Wish me luck.




In the meantime tomorrow is the next Weekend Workout, which will be a Stretch & Sprint. Lucky for us the Mackenzie Center is available, though we do have to help set up their tables & chairs for coffee hour that starts after us. It seems to me like a fair trade to get access to the gym, so I offered.

  • heart rate monitor (optional)



Coach's Notes: everyone goes at their own speed, sometimes due to injury people even walk. They key is to come, move, get your body feeling good, connect with like minded people who also train like you do and get face time with me and let me catch up with you and see how you're moving in person. The people who show up obviously don't mind stretching, sprinting and getting up early, but they also see the value in the unsaid stuff, like it's fun and a great way to start your day.
