Subject: 6:3pm, BC R/S; I challenge you...

Happy Snow Day (again)!

You've heard of Ford Tough and Boston Strong, well if you choose to live in New England like I do, then you've got to be New England Tough and hopefully like an outdoor winter sport other than window scraping, shoveling, snow blowing and snow plow hiring.  Some of the best for low intensity cardio minutes are the traditional one's like snow fort building, snow ball fights, snowman building and sledding and for the big adventure seekers try pond skating, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, skiing and snow boarding.

Have you ever street snowboarded or street skied?  There's a ginormous hilly street by my house that I run humbling sprints up when training for events or just looking to challenge myself that I can see myself hiking up, boarding down and repeating until it's my turn to watch the baby, who by the way can now sit for 60sec before face planting and can hold a quadruped position before getting bored because she doesn't know what to do next, which means our containment days are rapidly counting down.

6:30pm BC Tonight is Rescheduled
No BC tonight.  Next week is empowerment week.  Due to the amazing snow we've had, we'll be training all 3 evenings next week, the week of Feb 16, 2015.

I Challenge YOU!

So I challenge you to finish a challenge workout before 7pm tonight.  They're all awesome.  #3 is the shortest.  #2 is the fastest and #4 is the longest and toughest and separates the boys & girls from the men and women.  As usual, please post your results to FB.
