I have great news. We are back in person at the Mackenzie Center on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30pm, starting tonight. If you want to train tonight and/or you want to train in person, come join us. Text or reply to let me know to expect you.
Also:
I was at a social gathering this past weekend and someone from it tested positive for covid on Monday. I'm currently symptom free, though feeling like a hypochondriac and have tested negative yesterday and today. I will continue to test all week. I'll be in a mask tonight, mindful of keeping space and will avoid touching to be on the safe side. We'll be doing the virtual workout in the gym today, meaning no toys or benches or chairs and we need to carefully place our weights down on either our towels or our mats or simply carefully on the floor as we've been asked to allow the polyurethane a little more time to cure.
Last. We what did you get for cardio minutes last week? We did 20min / workout.
