There's piles of beautiful white snow outside here in Devens and the roads have not yet been cleared. Todays Stretch & Sprint is canceled.

45 Minute Extended Stretch Only via Zoom

7:30-8:15am, Sunday, January 7, 2024

We'll be doing an extended stretch only via zoom in its place. 

Bring your:

• mat
• roller
• superband
• mini band
• towel for sweat
• water

Dress comfortable.
