It's the most ... wonderful time ... of the year!




Or at least it's supposed to be.




How are you feeling?

No really. How are YOU FEELING?

Great. Good. O.K. Not good. Awesome. Not sure. Hopeful. Tired. Sad. Sore. Energized. Excited.




Whatever you're feeling, Good, bad or other, they're all just stops on your journey. You can get off and explore them, feel them and be them and/or you can continue forward towards wherever you're choosing to go.




We've been making lemonade since March (truth be told, I've switched to Hot Cocoa from my Lemonade, because it's the season, but you get the point), so you, me, we, have been making the most of things.




The past is the past. We can't control it. It's behind us.




The future we can work towards, by setting goals, setting up our environments, creating routines and habits, scheduling the important, doing first things first and showing up.




The present however, is the one thing we have the most control over.

Our thoughts.

Our decisions.

Our actions.

Our habits.

We get to choose how we respond to things.




Life is cruel. Humbling. Merciless.




If we choose to see it that way.




It's also forgiving, empowering & beautiful.




Tomorrow is your weekend. It's a chance to recharge physically and spiritually. It's a chance to have some fun and get stuff done. It's a chance to set yourself up for next week. It's a chance to both plan for tomorrow AND live for today.

Next week is the last week of our training year. It's record week #2. It's going to be a high energy week for you if you're able to find a way to show up to train. It'll be stress relieving. It'll make your posture feel good. You'll stand taller. You're body will feel better. You'll feel stronger and more conditioned. You'll breather better. Move better. Smile brighter & see clearer. It'll be fun to hit 4 for 4's and PR's and be with your people. Your safe space, connecting and getting filled up. It'll let your best self shine all week while shining up and tempering your armor to be bold and enduring the rest of the year.
