And wow. 3 quarters down and 1 to go. Amazing. This one to me didn't feel like it flew by, but is still a little surprising that we're onto the last quarter of the year.

Q3 Feedback
I'm wrapping up the quarter and putting in notes for next year. I really like how we've built the programming over the years and I feel like it addresses the concerns we lay out in our themes. I definitely have my favorites of new additions and staples and I welcome the chance to learn what you loved and didn't like.
Examples from Last Year:
Lauren C trained with her husband Mike last year and had to do opposite circuits to share equipment and space. She discovered that pairing leg curls with push ups and rows with 2-leg bench hip thrust left her more fresh. So that's what we did.
Jen M felt there wasn't enough of a warm up for wall walks and I agree / disagree so I had regressions and progressions people could do in the moment if they felt like they needed to get more loose to be successful and I tried to really emphasize ankle mobes, thoracic rotation and hip mobility by having ankle mobes, windmills / childs pose t-spine rotation and FFE/RFE (with DB and roller) quad + Hip flexor mobes on both days to really help you get loose.
Stephanie suggested there wasn't enough time for FFE/RFE quad + hip flexor mobes and Liz & Paula agreed, so I tried to announce it beforehand more consistently and I put it in the same spot of the workout on both days, so you could more easily expect it.
