Happy Sunday to you! I did a stretch & sprint today and sprints #1-4 felt slow, but #'s 5-8 felt real fast and then #'s 9-12, felt o.k. My basketball buddy told me I was, "...fast. Not top end speed fast, but cutting fast, with your cuts", so of course, I took that personally (wink).
