Total DB Load

Suggested DB Load is 20-40% on strong days, which are workouts #1, 3 & 5.

Suggested DB Load on light & fast days is 15-35% BW on workouts #2, 4 & 6.




If you want to get stronger, build muscle and stimulate bone you want to lift heavier weights. Lifting heavier weights will build your self-confidence, change your attitude and increase your energy.
