2020 Change Your Body Boot Camps Training Schedule In the meantime, I'm riding the pre-vacation highs by finishing up last minute to do's and one of them is sharing the 2020 schedule. This is a first draft. It's basically the same as 2019. 45 weeks of face to face coaching and 7 weeks of empowerment. There will be 13 phases that are either 3 or 4 weeks in length. We train 6, 7, 10, 3, 3, 3 and 16 weeks straight before an empowerment week. We also take most every major holiday off.
Evacuation Day / Flex Day Also last year, when I added back 6 weeks of training, I wanted to make sure there was still built in / planned recovery, by making sure every month there was some down time, hence the adding of the holidays. March didn't really have one, so I used Evacuation Day (annually on March 17), which is a Boston holiday. I know it's a reach, but again my intention was to have planned recovery each month and coincidentally my birthday is March 18, so it had a stronger vote. We ended up not using it because I attended a conference in Los Angeles during February that caused me to miss training, so we traded it so I could attend. I'm going to keep it again this year, so that it addresses the planned recovery per month and also to use if there's a weekday conference I'd like to attend. I'm not sure if your industry has weekday conferences, but it's nice to have the flexibility to attend if possible.
Q1, Phase 1 We return on Sunday, Jan 5, for P1 Private Measurements with the first day of training, Mon, Jan 6.

Referrals 1. The 1st 2 weeks of every phase in 2020 are again guests weeks. 2. Any referral of yours can train January's Phase 1 or Phase 2 for $99/2x/wk or $149/3x/wk. 3. I'd love a yelp, google or facebook review if you're feeling extra generous and big bear hugs if it includes a video testimonial.
