Before we get too far into the phase, here are the Phase 6 Warm ups, Workout A&B and Cool Down.
Modifications for Training Outside CYBBC
One of the best things about your training program is its Do Anywhere Nature, using minimal equipment that you either own or can find at most every hotel and gym when traveling.  As such, there is the need to either substitute exercises for the things we have in the gym, that you might not have access to like Medicine Balls, TRX's, hurdles and pull up bars or skip those exercises and simply move on to the next part of the workout.  Ideally you substitute exercises in for what you miss, and here are the substitutes, that I pulled from the warm up to provide you a good challenge and more practice.



Substitute:

DB Overhead Alternate Leg Lowers x10e > MB Chest Throws x10
Bottom of Push Up Alternate Spider March x10e or Low Plank Alt. Spider March x10e > MB Diagonal Chops x5e
Hurdle Hop Alternate Arm & Leg Drive x5e > Linear Hurdle Hops x5e
Band Bent-Over Rows w/ Rotation x6 > TRX Inverted Rows w/ Rotation x6
Lateral Skaters without Bounding x5e > 45 Degree Lateral Skaters - Double Bounce x5e
Side Planks off Wall > Side Planks on Wall
DB Straight Arm Pullovers x6 > Alternate Grip Pull Ups
