Subject: 2016 CYBBC Schedule (P1, 1/11 - 2/13)

Happy New Year Friend!

How do you feel?

I hope you've enjoyed a different schedule of late and have been filling up on quality time with your favorite people, doing things that help you renew and recharge as I have been doing the same.

I hope you're also itching to get back to routine, coached self care doing your favorite group personal training because it makes you feel, look and move your best.
2016, CYBBC Training Schedule
The picture and pdf are your 2016 CYBBC Training Schedule.  Please save, print hang and add our schedule to your calendar.  We'll have the google / ical calendar updated this coming week for your convenience as well.

First Things First
I changed my mind on our starting date for Phase 1.  Our 1st day of training is next Monday, January 11, not tomorrow, Monday, January 4.  There are multiple reasons why, which I'll explain below, but 1st, I'm sorry for this change after saying it would start on 1/4/16, that we would be doing 6 weeks to start the year and for sharing this information now and not sooner.

Reasons In No Particular Order
  • The Alves Family is sick = not enough got done
  • Recharged Coach = More Passionate & Energizing Experience
  • EW's and no class days, line up w/ popular vacation & most holiday times
  • 3 large chunks (5wk, 4 wk & 6wk) vs. one (6) wk chunk before an EW
  • Macrocycle:  Q1 (10wks), Q2 (12wks), Q3 (16wks), Q4 (14wks)
  • Q1 (10wks):  Weight Loss, Spring Sports, Fast Workouts
  • Q2 (12wks):  Beach Season #1, Summer Sports, Strong Workouts
  • Q3 (16wks):  Beach Season #2, Peak for Fall Sports & PR's, Strong Workouts
  • Q4 (14wks):  Holiday Hotness, Winter Sport Ready, Tapering Intensity
