Go ahead and schedule your workouts on your calendar now.  If you use a technology calendar, copy & paste the links into your calendar too.  Print out the pgs in the pdf that are important to you like the warm up & CW's #2-4.

Empowerment Week Plan
You may know what you're supposed to do next week.  You may not.  Here's the EWP so you can refresh yourself.  Don't take the week off and eat carelessly.  That does you no good.  Set your October up for success.  Keep training & eating to feel good, be healthy and perform awesome.  It compliments ever goal in your life.  You're an action taker who's not like everyone else, so don't live and act like everyone else.  Just do it!

There's a Special Olympics Flag Football Event on the Turf @ Harvard on Sun, starting at 7:30am.  I could not get a confirmation from the Harvard Athletic Dept or the Special Olympics if we would not be allowed on the bleachers.  I suspect we would.  If we're unable, we'll hike the Blue Hills.
