TGIF Friend!

Guess who's going to Disney World?  This guy (and the family)!  Did you know I worked at Disney?  Yup, Plaza Pavillion in Tomorrowland.  I did the College Program, took business classes and worked in the park.  It was awesome and one of the most fun experiences in my life.  And guess who got BEST GREETER TWICE?  Yup.  Me again. 


Anyways, I'm working my punch list before we head out and I'm writing this in advance.  Who's the proactive champ in the Alves house now?  (still Vanessa, she's amazing).

Go ahead and schedule your workouts on your calendar now.  If you use a technology calendar, copy & paste the links into your calendar too.  Print out the pgs in the pdf that are important to you like the warm up & CW's #2-4.

Empowerment Week Plan
You may know what you're supposed to do next week.  You may not.  Here's the EWP so you can refresh yourself.  Don't take the week off and eat carelessly.  That does you no good.  Set your October up for success.  Keep training & eating to feel good, be healthy and perform awesome.  It compliments ever goal in your life.  You're an action taker who's not like everyone else, so don't live and act like everyone else.  Just do it!

Guest Day & New Members
1st, welcome back past members, Marc Miller (6am) and Kim Callanan (6am).  It was great to see you again this month and help jump start your day.  I look forward to helping you get Hot for the Holidays, even if that's not your goal (wink). 

2nd, thank you Josh Gann and Amy Landry for inviting Marc Steinberg and Teresa Milano to workout with us.  It was fun to work with them and share an experience.  Thank you also to Helen Lee for having the same courage as Marc & Teresa to be our guest this month.
