Subject: 2015 Change Your Body Boot Camps Schedule, v1

Good afternoon Friend!

We're just 3 days away from P1 training.  Yee-Haw, it's going to be a fun and exciting year and I'm looking forward to helping you continue your evolution towards your best self.

There are a few changes this year and possibly more to come pending on the results from the 2014 Y/E Client Feedback Survey

Changes to the Annual Training Calendar
  • Measurements & Orientation (M&O) will once again be on the same day
  • Nutrition Discussion (ND) will be part of O
  • O will run 3 hrs instead of the traditional 2hrs, and 90min of it will be the ND instead of the recent 2hr ND.
  • M, O & ND will all be held at the Mackenzie Center (MC)
  • M will run from 6:45-8:45am.
  • O will run from 9-12pm or sometimes 12-3pm
  • ND will be from 10:30-12p or sometimes 1:30-3pm
  • Guest Days will be moved to the middle classes (T / W) of week 1.
  • Registration Deadline for rookies is now 11:59pm, Tuesdays of the 3rd week instead of the 11:59pm, Wednesdays of the 3rd week.
  • no pre-scheduled family boot camps, charity workouts or fun runs

Empowerment Weeks

We were able to line up EW's with Feb vacation, 4th of July, the week leading up to Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, but not Spring Vacation.  Remember EW's are designed to let you decide what you need.  Do you need to rest & recover, reduce training intensity or keep pushing forward? It also and probably my favorite part, let's you not miss workouts when you might typically be traveling and if you know the training schedule in advance, you can time your vacations around EW's so you can rock CW's while away from your casa.  I wouldn't not do a vacation or a trip if it didn't line up with EW, but when possible, try to line them up.  You'll have better long term success and help increase your chances of living an active lifestyle, being beach ready 24/7/365 and possibly reducing your risk of disease.

P1:  no EW; starting the year off with back to back phases resulting in 6 weeks of straight training.
