Have you done CW#6 yet. That's a real good one for working your midsection and making you feel strong, lean & energized, just watch out because it's also a super truth serum workout (i.e. you might be real chatty afterwards). And since today is the last day of 2014, what better way than to finish the year with a workout and burn & earn before any NYE fun.
While on the subject of year end, would you please share feedback on your 2014 CYBBC experience so I can make your 2015 experience better and help you achieve your 2015 goals?
