Good evening and happy sore abs Friday to you!
That is if you trained with us Thursday night or this morning, and if you did I’d welcome your feedback on today’s experience as I wanted to provide some new stimulus’s and variety to your exercise selection and programming, while also sticking to our 2014 Goals (no injuries, super health & hotness, personal records) and Q1 Themes (weight loss & spring sports).
Tonight, I’m writing to you to present your 2014 Membership Renewal. There are no rate changes from 2013; however there is one change regarding “freezes”. Freezes are cool with me, so long as you plan them in advance with me AND are only available if you’re on a 6-month membership agreement and not if you’re on a 12-month membership agreement.
Term Lengths The 12-month agreement provides the greatest accountability and opportunity to be your best self by having an elite coach, a best case team, an empowering culture of change and a results-oriented program for the full year and provides you with the lowest rate per class because of your greater commitment to us and yourself. There is no freezing of memberships while on a 12-month agreement, so if you anticipate a need to freeze your training, sign up for a 6-month agreement.
The 6-month agreement provides all of the same great benefits as listed above, but provides you with the flexibility to take a clean break come July, by either canceling your membership and/or freezing it until you return.
Training Frequency Training 3x/week is presently the best option offered by CYBBC to allow you to become the best version of yourself by getting in your best shape. You’ll have 3 chances each week to receive a coached, high intensity, metabolic strength & conditioning workout with motivated and friendly action takers in our climate controlled, big & spacious gyms. This frequency puts you on the fast track to innumerable amazing things that could happen to you because you’re constantly presenting your best self to the world. People who train smart, hard, frequently and with balance seem to always look the best, move the best, perform the best and have the most fun. They have the highly desirable and magnetic qualities people covet.
Yes, you know how to train on your own. Yes, you have your own equipment, but if you already think enough during your days, why not leave the thinking up to me, when it comes to your training and just show up and be an athlete and run around and have fun, while I plan your programming around your goals.
Training 2x/wk is possibly the most realistic option for many people because it provides 3 main things. It’s more schedule’ flexible, more recovery considerate and it’s more budget friendly. You do have to be more patient with your goals, because it’s going to take longer to achieve them, especially if you’re used to training 3x/wk and you will have to motivate yourself to strength train on that 3rd day, so you can keep your progress rolling if that’s important to you, but it’s not impossible and certainly doable for a person like you who is an action taker and knows what’s best for them. If you’ve been training 1x/wk and you upgrade to 2x/wk, well, I would suppose you should experience twice the results in half the time, but everyone is different, so I’m not making any guarantees.
Training 1x/wk is perfect for someone who has a super full schedule and/or a tight budget, but values having a coach, a team, someplace special to go and a program that works, and is willing to work their calendar and resources so they can have a little dedicated “me” time each week. We all know people who don’t train and people who go to the gym, but don’t follow a program, have accountability, a supportive team or a coach who cares, and they both have something in common: they don’t get the chance to say they’re in the best shape of their life, while learning and doing things they haven’t done in a long time or ever, nor the aesthetic, social and career opportunity rewards that come with it and instead they unfortunately regress, get tired, get dull and lose their vibrancy and virility. Life is too short. Choose to be great! Please choose your membership option below.
