p.p.p.s. I woke up "cut" on Saturday after eating 2 lbs. of chicken and a bowl of cereal for lunch, a Cheesecake Factory Luau Salad for dinner (no dressing, oil & vinegar on the side) and I drank water with both meals. When you're peaking for special events, try training a little harder, a little longer and focusing on leans & greens.
