Empowerment Week Plan What should you do next week? What about those challenge workouts you talked about? How many cardio minutes should you do? What if you're body is feeling beat up? What if you're body is feeling awesome and you have extra time and want to do more? What if you're traveling because of the holiday? Then I would suggest you review your empowerment week plan to determine what is best for you.

I hope you had a great week and phase and that you're excited and feeling energized for your holiday week. As you might imagine, next weeks challenge workouts are going to be tough, but remember you're tough, because when you do tough things like 92 burpees you can't help but become tough. The @ home CW's have a unique twist besides the multiple locations, which should remind you that these are really do anywhere workouts. The twist is the Alt. Scissor Lunge Jump progressions are to be completed as x20e reps vs. x20 reps. Say hello butt & thighs. Also, if you're in town for Thanksgiving day we're going to rock a morning workout from 8:45-10:45a. If you want to roll, plan to arrive around 8:30a to get an informal rolling session in.
