I hope you're enjoying phase 11.  It looks on paper and when I'm coaching that it's an effective workout and a great contrast to last phase's power endurance and I hope you're enjoying your experience too.  As always, I'd love to hear what your workout experience is like so I can make adjustments as needed.  Feel free to reply to this email, text me, call me or tell me before or after class.
