Just a quick email regarding cardio minutes and Monday's Schedule.
Cardio Minutes We did 15 min of cardio in all workouts.
Columbus Day Monday, October 13 is a regular training day for us. 6am @ BG, 9am @ MC, 6:30pm @ MC.

p.p.p.s. Saturday, Oct 18 is the Freaky Fat Loss PUMP-kin Workout. It's fun, creative, effective and sweaty. Also I will not be pre-scheduling any family events or fun runs on the 2015 calendar, which means there are only 3 chances left to participate in a family boot camp workout or get an extra 50 minutes of cardio-core in on a Saturday morning while hanging with fellow change makers, future change makers and me!
