Tomorrow is the start of Phase 2. There is no empowerment week for current members, though if you weren’t able to continue with us at this time or you’ll be traveling at some point during the next phase, I still have an empowerment week plan and follow along challenge workout videos (and pdf) for you.

Also, next week is Super Bowl Sunday. There’s a good chance you might find yourself in front of a plate of tempting food while participating in the social viewing experience this day brings.
